He has served in senior management positions with the leasing subsidiaries of First Interstate Bank and Credit Agricole, France's largest bank. Ted is one of the leasing industries first individuals to earn the Certified Lease Professional (CLP) designation and served several years as a member of the Board of Directors, officer and finally President of the United Association of Equipment Leasing (UAEL), a national equipment leasing association. April White is Director of Governmental Leasing & Finance and specializes in providing tax exempt leasing to state and local governmental agencies. April has over ten years of leasing experience having previously worked for First Interstate Leasing and Banc One Leasing Corp.

Emma Cabildo serves as Vice President and Assistant Director of Governmental Leasing. Emma was formerly a senior executive with Charter Equipment Leasing Corp., an established Beverly Hills leasing company and has over ten years leasing experience. She supervises all aspects of lease documentation and funding, as well as being active in new business origination. She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
